Pearl jasmine tea is hand-rolled young and tender green tea leaves in pearl shape. 
The tea is processed using the green tea manufacturing method.  After that, they are naturally scented with fresh jasmine flowers for six to nine times.  When steeped, these leaves unroll and produce a tea with a pronounced strong floral and fresh green tea scent.
