This special blend, originated in Egypt, is traditionally used as a dip for fresh bread and vegetables.  Dukkah can be combined with your favorite olive oil to make a delicious paste or dip.  It's also an excellent salad dressing ingredient, adding a dynamic dimension as a crust for roasted or pan-sauteed chicken, fish or pork.
