Dehydrated and roasted green bell peppers are handy for any kitchen.  Add to soups, stews, marinades, sauces, dips, etc.  You can use our dried peppers much in the same way you would use fresh ones.  They're a flavorful addition to omelets, Mexican dishes, chilis, salads, pastas, meats, and chicken.  Green bell peppers are stronger then the red bell pepper with more tangy than sweet taste!
